I can carry out a valuation for you as an individual if you do not require a mortgage and therefore will not be having an inspection carried out on behalf of a lender. Sometimes you may require a private valuation if you are currently in a shared ownership property where you wish to buy out the third party.

RICS Home Survey – Level 2
Formerly known as a HomeBuyer report. A popular survey for traditional residential properties built after 1840 is produced in a format devised by the RICS. All accessible parts of the property are inspected including the loft and drains. The report will highlight matters regarded as “urgent” and “significant”, matters which will affect your decision to purchase with clear advice on further steps to be taken before exchange of contracts.
